Johnnie believes using new technology starting with building great roads can accelerate development worldwide.  

 With over 20 years of experience delivering customer oriented business solutions to Federal, State and Local markets, Johnnie continually focuses on providing solutions and services using a consultative approach that produces positive social impacts, increases ROIs, and helps to implement win-win best value practices.

An University of Maryland Baltimore County graduate,  former commissioned U.S. Army officer,  current entrepreneur and father, Johnnie is an expert at managing, communicating and delivering on time. He sits on several boards internationally and in his local community.

A globally recognized leadership expert with a clientele of C-Suite executives from around the world,  India is focused on delivering dynamic leadership and helping the company build it's profile locally, regionally and globally. A masterful strategist, India provides expert counsel on an array of issues like crisis, transition, succession, positioning, promotion, business development and navigation.  

American by birth, India was named one of the top 50 businesswomen in Europe and Top 100 Black executives in the UK. A proponent of pay equity and women on boards, India is the President Emeritus of London based City Women's Network, a professional body for senior women in corporate and third sector industries where she spearheaded the "Corporate Board Readiness Program". She is a global Ambassador for WOW (Women of The World Festival) and also sits on the board of Beacon Properties CDC.

Chief Advisor 

Eddy Bynens, a Civil Engineer with a MSc. in Management, has extensive experience in the rural road sector in developing countries. Over the last 25 years he has extensive experience in the use of labour based techniques, co-author of a series of ILO training manuals on the use of labour based techniques, and many missions for the ILO.  He has a sector wide experience: he managed feasibility and technical studies, construction supervision, institutional support and training of government staff, local consulting companies and contractors, planning, economical aspects, technical audits, MIS, maintenance strategies. He has experience in working with all the major multilateral and bilateral development partners. His work for the EU spans from Egypt and Morocco to Burundi and Bénin. For many World Bank Executing Agencies, Road Funds and Social Fund projects, he has done technical audits and provided technical assistance, institutional support and training. He is fluent in English and French.

Founder

Evolve5x Founder Johnette Iris Stubbs is a social entrepreneur working in developing countries for over 25 years. Ms Stubbs started out as a Peace Corps Volunteer. She then directed a grassroots foundation working in North, Central and South America in the 90s, worked in a 50 million dollar funded start up in Silicon Valley and successfully headed a full-service photography business in 10 countries starting in 2001. Much of Johnette's time working in rural communities, refugee and displaced people camps alongside AID professionals and private sector social enterprises has allowed her a unique perspective of grassroots issues. Johnette’s proficiency in 7+ languages gives her a special advantage when interacting with local communities. 

Ms Stubbs holds a BA in French and International Relations from Spelman College and a Masters of Fine Arts from ICP/Bard.
